Bernie was born in downtown Toronto in 1964. He took drum lessons at 6 years of age and since then guitar, keyboard and vocals. Bernie grew up listening to the hard rock bands of the seventies, eighties and since 1984 he has performed with a number of bands in the Toronto area.
